Edward Suleski

About Edward

Ed joined Samet as a Partner in 2018, as part of a merger with his former firm, Rogers, Suleski & Associates, LLC.

He provides audit, accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries, including employee benefit plans and non-profits.

He enjoys working with new business owners on matters such as form of entity selection, implementation of basic books, records and processes, and understanding their financial results.

He has also been a trusted advisor to clients who are exiting their businesses, to help them do so in as profitable and tax efficient manner as possible.

In addition to almost thirty years working in public accounting, he also spent eleven years working for multinational corporations in a variety of financial and controllership functions both within and outside the U.S.

Those experiences have proven invaluable when helping clients work through business and operating issues and have resulted in Ed supporting a number of clients who are U.S. subsidiaries of foreign parents.
