George Malloy

George is a 1971 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration from Babson College in 1974. George was a former partner of the firm Lynch, Malloy, Marini, LLP and prior to this position, he was the owner of George W. Malloy, CPA, PC for over 38 years.

Now, after a recent merger with Samet & Company, PC, George is a valued member of the Samet team and is responsible for providing his expertise in nonprofit, commercial and tax services.

George’s non-profit experience spans over forty-five years and includes providing a diverse array of accounting, auditing, review and tax services to dozens of non-profit and commercial entities throughout Massachusetts and beyond.

This experience includes the traditional accounting and auditing services as well as numerous financial, departmental and process reviews and studies, working with clients to resolve and clear audit findings and implement recommendations, and consulting on non-profit, governmental and commercial finance and accounting issues.

In addition to his background in non-profit accounting and finance, George has substantial experience in providing tax preparation and planning, and business consulting services to a wide range of clients from small to high net worth entities and individuals.
